Scientific interests
My main field of research is the nuclear activity of galaxies. All galaxies show this kind of phenomenon caused by the infall of material into the central massive black hole, and examples are Sgr A* source (weakly active center of the Milky Way) and quasars. I study the broad band nuclear spectra (from IR to X-ray band) as well as the character of the multiwavelength variability, with the aim to understand the process of the accretion flow in some detail.
