Welcome to Registration Form

Registration fee is 600 PLN (the present exchange rate is 1 Euro=3.85 PLN) for the participants and 400 PLN (about 106 Euro) for the accompaniyng persons. The fee covers full board from Sunday evening till Thursday morning including coffe breaks, conference dinner and lighting a camp fire.

Please note that registration fee can to paid by credit card (VISA, DC, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS etc.) or in in Polish zlotys (PLN) after arrival to Wierzba. If you decide to pay in cash you have to use ABM machine or change your money at the airport in Warsaw after arrival.

In order to help the organization, we ask you to fill in and submit the accompanying registration form.
